Vanessa Hudgens Wasn’t Arrested
Giving a big smile while doing so, Vanessa Hudgens chatted away on her cell phone in between takes on the Texas set of her new movie on Wednesday (March 5).
She’s filming Will, which is set for release in 2009. As previously reported by Gossip Girls, Will centers on a high school outcast and a popular girl (Hudgens) who form an unlikely bond through their shared love of music.
Meanwhile, CosmoGIRL! reported that Miss Hudgens was recently arrested for underage drinking in an article that appeared yesterday, but it seems that their sources turned out to be misinformed.
The CosmoGIRL! story read, “It might be hard to believe, but Vanessa Hudgens was arrested for underage drinking, according to Back Seat Cuddler. The Disney starlet was hanging out at a Hollywood club when an undercover cop entered and began a random search for minors who were drinking. Even Vanessa’s mom called her daughter’s actions ‘stupid.’ I just hope Vanessa doesn’t end up going down the same road as some other Hollywood starlets. Get it together, girl!”
Since that time, the story has been completely scrubbed from the CosmoGIRL website, as it turns out everything’s A-Okay is the life of the High School Musical starlet.

It makes me feel kind of bad that this happened and got blown all out of proportion, but at the same time, CosmoGIRL should know better! I write celebrity gossip, and that’s just what it was, a rumor! Oh well, am I the only one who thinks it’s kind of funny?

Obviously Cosmo Girl has become a tabloid trash magazine. Surely if they keep track of stars on whom they report, they would know what the star is up to.
Glad you guys had that headline because so many young impressionable girls are believing this arrest story.
And I hope someone in Vanessa’s camp slaps a law suit against Cosmo Girl.

It’s blown out of proportion because it’s cosmoGirl. And you would think that they’re better than ‘ok’ magazine, but now...we find out that they’re not. lol. I heard the rumor and I checked on it online and even found the original source from dotspotter. I know the website, it’s very very easy to find. But does cosmogirl use their resources to check up on it? nope...nada. Real journalism doesn’t exist anymore...and that’s sad.
