Heading off to an important meeting, Vanessa Hudgens looked serious as she made her way to an office building to talk about a pending lawsuit against her for $5 million!

For the outing, the “High School Musical” hottie looked stylish in a cropped grey leather jacket, a white summer top, skinny blue jeans and white flat shoes while toting a JJ Winters brown suede zip bag in-hand.

Caught up in a phone conversation, Miss Hudgens even crossed a road without looking - as she was too busy texting away on her cell.

Finally arriving at her destination, Nessa walked inside for a mediation between her lawyers and former manager, Johnny Vieira, who wants a cut of the Disney damsel’s fortune.
