Uma Thurman Gets Engaged
They’ve been dating for about a year now, and now Uma Thurman and her financier beau Arpad “Arki” Busson are engaged to be married.
Reportedly the “Pulp Fiction” actress received a diamond ring so big, “she can’t fit it through the sleeve of her coat.” When she wore it to a recent Elton John AIDS benefit, “all the ladies’ eyes were buggin’ out,” said a source.
Rather than this being one of those prolonged engagements that never ends up coming into fruition, a family source told press, “It’s a done deal. They’re already planning their wedding.”
Busson has two sons with ex-fiance Elle Macpherson, while Thurman has a boy and a girl from her former marriage to actor Ethan Hawke.
