Wednesday, January 16, 2008 Trista Sutter Gets Back to Her Playing Weight
With all the celebrity pregnancies going on lately, there’s sure to be a surge of stars at the gym when they’re done giving birth. And Trista Sutter is talking openly about her struggle to shed her pregnancy pounds. She told press that ever since she gave birth to her son Max this past July, she’s been focused on losing the 30 pounds she had gained. “I’m happy with my body. I’m confident and proud of the work I’ve done.” And her fabulous post-birth body hasn’t come easy. “Every night before I go to bed, I do abs, pushups, and tricep presses. I feel better when I wake up if I’ve done something to set my muscles and make them feel active.” The healthy lifestyle has even improved her relationship with her husband, Ryan. “I feel a lot more fit and healthy. And I think that’s playing a part in our relationship.”
Trista was excited to report that they’ve even started trying to have another child. “I’d love to have babies close in age. And it took us so long the first time that if it takes us two years, then that will be fine.”
Enjoy the pictures of Trista, Ryan and Maxwell photoshooting in Maui last week (January 10).

Wow...beautiful baby boobs, Trista! Posted by on 01/27 at 01:19 AM
Trista was pregnant for only 30 weeks. Her baby was seriously premature. It’s easy to lose postpartum weight when you weren’t really...well..all that partum. That she is held up as some sort of model for the average pregnant woman is a joke. Posted by on 02/23 at 01:42 AM
30 weeks is NOT seriously premature. And she said she lost 30 lbs which is the average amount a woman gains during pregnancy so....stop hating. Posted by on 08/21 at 02:03 AM
