Tom Sizemore Arrested On Meth Charges

Long-time troubled Hollywood actor Tom Sizemore has been arrested after being caught with methamphetamine. The “Black Hawk Down” star, who at one point taped a VH1 mini-series about his battles with drugs, simpy can’t crack his meth addiction.

Bakersfield police arrested Sizemore and his friend, actor Jason Salcido, when they were caught in a car with drugs and drug paraphernalia.

At around 7:00 a.m. Tuesday, the pair had attempted to check into a room at the Four Points Sheraton in California. After the clerk was unable to find a reservation, Jason allegedly threatened violence on the staff member - resulting in a call to the police.

Upon arrival, officers saw Sizemore sitting in a 2004 Ford Mustang in the hotel parking lot.

“He displayed symptoms of being under the influence,” Detective Gary Terry told CBS.

A search of the car turned up two bags of suspected methamphetamine and “some additional narcotics smoking pipes,” Terry stated.

Sizemore was arrested and booked at the Kern County Jail for investigation of possession of methamphetamine, being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of narcotic paraphernalia, the detective said.

Already on probation for numerous past drug arrests, Sizemore now faces a likely prison term.
