Tom Cruise Premieres “Valkyrie” in LA
Showing serious dedication in promoting his new film “Valkyrie,” Tom Cruise was spotted at the Los Angeles premiere last night (December 18).
The “Risky Business” actor looked dashing in a black suit with an open-collar white button-up shirt as he posed for the paparazzi on the red carpet.
Cruise told press last night that he’s been overwhelmed by the audience reaction to the film, and that he’s encouraged that it gives the view perspective on the historical context in which it takes place.
“It’s been great. It’s been really great. To see the audiences how entertained they are by the film and people really now understanding the film that we made and putting into context. It’s been very exciting.”
Having spent the entire week pampering and surprising his wife Katie Holmes with birthday treats, Tom regrettably had to be apart from her last night on her actual 30th birthday. But he sent a message to her via the press, saying, “I love you sweetheart. Happy birthday!”
