Tom Cruise Cheers LA Galaxy with Victoria Beckham

His wife Katie Holmes is busy with her new movie “Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark” in Melbourne, Australia, so Tom Cruise opted for a little sporting action yesterday afternoon (July 19) at home in Los Angeles.

The “Minority Report” stud joined good friend Victoria Beckham in supporting her husband David Beckham as his LA Galaxy team played against AC Milan.

Cruise looked enthralled with the MLS action, though his buddy Becks received plenty of booing from the Galaxy fans.

But in the end, the Galaxy tied Milan 2-2, with Beckham helping out with both goals. Teammate Landon Donovan told press, “He was integral in both goals. There’s not another player on a team in this league that can make those plays. It was an exciting game.”
