Tina Fey: Entertainer of the Year
She’s been a major force behind gigs like Saturday Night Live and her hit show “30 Rock,” and now Tina Fey has been named The Associated Press’ Entertainer of the Year for 2008.
The “Baby Mama” actress has made quite an impression on the entertainment industry over the years while recently adding her own brand of humor to the Presidential Election.
Tina told press, “The ‘SNL’ stuff has certainly changed things for me. A lot more people seem to know who I am.”
Scott Shive from the Lexington Herald-Leader stated, “She simultaneously entertained us with her wit and put a mirror up to the nation during the election and made us think about what was going on.”
And this isn’t the first big honor bestowed on Fey this year- she won three Emmy awards for her critically acclaimed sitcom “30 Rock” as well.
