Teri Hatcher Tears Up TV Land
She’s considered to be one of the hottest women on television, and last night Teri Hatcher lent a little Desperate Housewife-appeal to the 2008 TV Land Awards.
The former “Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman” babe took the stage at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California to present the Innovator Award.
One of the most prestigious honors bestowed by TV Land, the Innovator award is given, “to a show that carved out new territory, redefined elements of the genre, and opened new pathways for others to follow.
And the lucky recipient of the Innovator Award was the ‘80s/’90s sitcom Roseanne for tackling taboo subjects such as alcoholism, drug abuse, obesity, feminism, domestic violence, and homosexuality.
