She hasn’t exactly had the best luck in the romance department, but it looks like Tara Reid is far from giving up.

Earlier today (July 23) the “American Pie” actress was spotted out and about in Saint Tropez, France with a brand new beau to show off.

According to a report, Tara has been spending her time being romanced by a hunky German named Michael Axtmann, and her outlook has become much brighter.

And judging from the big smile on her face while walking along the sand with her man, it seems Miss Reid is definitely in love.
