Susan Boyle: Ready for a Makeover?
The phrase “never judge a book by its cover” seems rather appropriate for Susan Boyle’s recent appearance on the reality TV show “Britain’s Got Talent.”
The 47-year-old singer shocked everyone as she stood on stage and belted out “I Dreamed a Dream” on last week’s show and, although there’s talk of a makeover for the “dowdy” woman, Boyle is hesitant.
“I wouldn’t want to change myself too much because that would really make things a bit false,” she said Friday in an interview with CNN. “I want to receive people as the real me, a real person.”
Despite getting a peck on the cheek today from a fan impersonating Groucho Marx in her home in Blackburn, Susan claims to have never been kissed or had a boyfriend.
