Stephanie Pratt: Formally Charged with DUI

More details have emerged regarding Stephanie Pratt’s DUI drama, as she has now been formally charged with the crime.

According to a report, the “Hills” babe was pulled over at 3:45AM on October 18th following Holly Montag’s birthday party.

And when the police administered a breathalyzer test, Stephanie Pratt blew a .08, the legal limit, as well as a .09.
