Wednesday, May 13, 2009 Shanna Moakler: No More Miss California
Just yesterday, it was announced that Carrie Prejean will keep her Miss California title along with the crown. And today (May 13), Shanna Moakler has declared her resignation from the “Miss California USA organization.” The former beauty queen told Us magazine, “Since the press conference yesterday, I had a chance to think about what has taken place, and I feel that at this time it is in my best interest to resign.”
She continued, “I cannot with a clear conscious move forward supporting and promoting the Miss Universe Organization when I no longer believe in it, or the contracts I signed committing myself as a youth.” Miss Moakler also mentioned that - although she wants to be a role model for Miss USA hopefuls - she feels it is now more important to be a role model for her children. COMMENTS In other words “WAAAAAH! She’s in the spotlight and I’m a WASHED-UP-HAS-BEEN! I WANT TO BE IN THE NEWS NOW! WAAAAAH!” Posted by on 05/13 at 04:06 PM

I am glad she resigned! Posted by on 05/13 at 08:55 PM
Well guess what Straight American, we’re not going anywhere—so deal with it. More states are accepting gay marriage, and when it does get to the Supreme Court, it will be upheld because and marriage will be redefined. Bimbos like Carrie Prejean will have to join hasbeens like Anita Bryant to seek comfort. LOL Posted by on 05/14 at 04:59 AM
