Shakira: Promoting in Paris
She’s been hard at work promoting her new album Loba, and earlier today (October 15) Shakira was spotted hamming it up in Paris, France.
The “Hips Don’t Lie” songstress looked to be in good spirits as she posed for the paparazzi in a black and white dress with a thick black belt and black heels.
In a recent interview, Shakira discussed the sound and direction she was going for on the new album, due out in the States next month.
“I felt very curious and intrigued about the electro-pop world and everything it has to offer. I wanted to make sure that this album was very bassy and that the kicks hit really hard, and I wanted to concentrate on the beat. But my music, to a certain extent, is very complex—because I always try to experiment with sounds from other parts of the world.”
