Shailene Woodley Hits the AMA Red Carpet

Taking to the Nokia Theatre red carpet, teen star Shailene Woodley was spotted hamming it up for photographers ahead of the 2008 American Music Awards on Sunday evening (November 23).

Among a long list of presenters, Shailene is known for her role in the ABC Family series “The Secret Life of the American Teenager” in which she stars as Amy Juergens.

Meanwhile, the night’s performers include a star-studded lineup including Christina Aguilera, Beyonce, Mariah Carey, Coldplay, Miley Cyrus, New Kids On The Block, Jonas Brothers, Taylor Swift, Kanye West and many more.

“This is poised to be the most outstanding American Music Awards in the show’s 36-year history,” said dick clark productions President Orly Adelson. “We have set a new record with the number and caliber of this year’s performers. We are beyond excited to bring music fans across the globe the 2008 AMAs.”
