Scarlett Johansson and Eva Mendes: “The Spirit” in Paris

Still on the road tending to their all-important promotional duties, Scarlett Johansson and Eva Mendes took to the red carpet at the Paris, France photocall of their new movie “The Spirit” earlier today (December 9).

The “Match Point” actress and her “Cleaner” co-star were spotted hamming it up at the Ritz Carlton Hotel, along with co-star Samuel L. Jackson.

As for the movie, “The Spirit” tells the story of “a rookie cop named Denny Colt, who returns from the beyond as The Spirit, a hero whose mission is to fight against the bad forces in Central City.”

Directed by Frank Miller, the action-packed drama is scheduled to be released in theaters on Christmas Day (December 25).
