Ryan Phillippe and Abbie Cornish: Cannes Bound

Gearing up for another trip across the world, Ryan Phillippe and Abbie Cornish were spotted arriving at LAX International Airport yesterday (May 13).

The “Cruel Intentions” stud and his lovely girlfriend tried their best to ignore the paparazzi as they headed inside the terminal to catch a departing flight.

Mr. Phillippe and Miss Cornish are said to be on their way to the South of France for this year’s Cannes International Film Festival where Abbie will be debuting her new flick “Bright Star.”

The Jane Campion-directed film will compete for the Palme d’Or award at the festival.  In “Bright Star,” Abbie plays Fanny Brawne, the love interest of poet John Keats.
