Rumer Willis Pretties Up for Her Party

Treating herself to an afternoon of pampering, Rumer Willis was spotted at the Ken Paves Hair Studio in Los Angeles yesterday (August 12).

The “Sorority Row” hottie was joined by her boyfriend Micah Alberti and sister Scout as she strolled out the door looking fabulous.

Perhaps her salon visit was in preparation for her big 21st birthday party in Las Vegas, Nevada coming up this weekend.

Miss Willis will celebrate her landmark birthday on Saturday (August 15) at TAO nightclub with a Night Vision Entertainment-sponsored soiree.
