Rumer Willis: Pre-Birthday Party Pampering

Just ahead of her big night, Rumer Willis was spotted paying yet another visit to the Ken Paves Hair Studio in Los Angeles on Saturday (August 15).

The “Sorority Row” sweetheart looked ever-so-lovely, making final pampering preparations before jetting off to Sin City.

As previously reported by Gossip Center, Rumer will be celebrating her big 21st birthday with a party in Las Vegas later in the night.

Turning 21-years-old at the strike of midnight, Miss Willis will celebrate her landmark birthday at TAO nightclub with a Night Vision Entertainment-sponsored soiree.
