Rihanna Reigns Over Billboard Charts

She’s stunning. She’s sophisticated. And for the fourth week in a row, Rihanna is at the top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart with her uber-hit “Umbrella.”

And it’s nice to see the R&B singer enjoying so much success. Though she came from humble beginnings (after all, she grew up with a crack smokin’ father), she is using her determination to rule the American pop music scene.

“Umbrella” will have to really work hard to beat out “Party Like a Rockstar,” on next week’s charts. The Shop Boyz are coming up close behind and hoping to be the #1 residents soon.

And, ever the consummate “Hump Girl” Fergie is also in the running for the top spot with her latest single “Big Girls Don’t Cry.”

Other notable Tot Ten mainstays include Avril Lavigne’s “Girlfriend” and Justin Timberlake’s “Summer Love,” which both held at Nos. 7 and 8, respectively.
