Rihanna Brightens Up the 2008 Grammy Awards

One of the most anticipated red carpet arrivals of the night, Rihanna definitely lived up to the hype. Arriving at the Staples Center in Los Angeles via VIP treatment was an appropriate kickoff to the Grammy Awards.

Leaving no expense to spare, the Umbrella singer looked absolutely smashing in a bright purple Zac Posen knee-length dress.

This year is the 50th Grammy Awards ceremony, and it is definitely the biggest music event of the year. Some of the talent lined-up to perform at this year’s event included Kanye West, Amy Winehouse, John Mayer, and BeBe Winans.
