Renee Zellweger Talks Tacos in Toronto

Always in the mood for a good laugh, Renee Zellweger was all smiles at the press conference for her new movie “Appaloosa” at the Toronto Film Festival on Friday (September 5).

Accompanied by co-stars Viggo Mortensen and Ed Harris, the “Bee Movie” babe interestingly found herself drawn into a chat about tacos, of all things.

It all started when Renee was asked about how she found the tasty Mexican treats while filming “Appaloosa” in New Mexico.

“The tacos are great,” she said to big laughs from her fellow press conference attendees, with Ed Harris adding: “But New Mexican burritos...” he said while offering up a thumbs down.

As for the movie, Renee plays “an attractive widow who tries to win over the two characters played by Ed and Viggo.”

“I questioned every day if I was sure who she was,” Ms Zellweger told of her character in the Western flick, adding, “I enjoyed it. It would have been complicated if I lived in that period. Complicated and interesting.”
