Reese Witherspoon Pedals Avon
Imagine hearing your doorbell ring, followed by, “Avon calling!” Then imagine answering the door, and having Reese Witherspoon standing on your front porch ready to take your order. Weird?
Maybe not, now that the Cruel Intentions star has signed on to be Avon’s Global Ambassador. The cosmetics company announced the news yesterday at a press conference.
CEO Andrea Jung told press, “We are so thrilled to welcome Reese Witherspoon as our Global Ambassador and feel she will give a strong voice to our company’s commitment to empowering women.”
The Sweet Home Alabama babe will also serve as Honorary Chairman of the Avon Foundation. The AV is a charity focusing on breast cancer, domestic violence, and emergency relief initiatives.
