Rachelle Lefevre Skips Out on “New Moon”

Rather than putting on a happy face and attending the LA premiere of “New Moon” last night, Rachelle Lefevre admitted it was just too emotional for her to handle.

The vampire Victoria actress starred in the first and second installments of “The Twilight Saga” but was replaced by Bryce Dallas Howard for the upcoming “Eclipse.”

Lefevre took to her Twitter explaining herself, saying, “2 fans at the premiere: w/ Honey in hospital & being fired from Eclipse tonight was just 2 emotional 4 me & I couldn’t manage it. So sorry.” Honey is her dog.

Don’t worry Rachelle fans, the 30-year-old has two films in post-production “Barney’s Version” and “Casino Jack” which will be out in 2010.
