Rachel Bilson’s Fashionable Ambitions
Keeping a close eye on her finances, Rachel Bilson kept herself busy on Saturday (July 19) with an appointment at the Pacific Mercantile Bank in Beverly Hills.
The 26-year-old “Jumper” actress sported a blue cropped jacket over a black top paired with jeans and celebrity shades, later swapping sunglasses and taking off her jacket as the weather warmed up.
Meanwhile, Miss Bilson is gearing up for the upcoming release of her junior sportswear line, Edie Rose for DKNY Jeans.
Talking about her fashion range, Rachel said: “This is something that I have been interested in doing for such a long time. I was just waiting for the perfect opportunity for it to be done right. Fans of The O.C. really like DKNY Jeans, and I know they make great stuff, so I thought it could be good. I want people to see these clothes for what they are, not just another line designed by another celebrity. I want the line to be taken seriously.”
According to press reports, the Edie Rose for DKNY Jeans collection will be available in major department stores this September.
