Pete Wentz Tosses First Pitch, Ashlee Simpson Hits NYC

Both tending to their own affairs, Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson were spotted on opposite coasts yesterday (September 2).

The Fall Out Boy bassist had the honor of throwing out the first pitch at the Los Angeles Dodgers game last night.

And Pete looked excited as he left the stadium with a few guy pals, sporting a funky hat and a Los Angeles Dodgers jersey.

Meanwhile, Ashlee was spotted arriving at JFK International Airport in New York City on a flight from LAX.  The “Melrose Place” actress is in town on business.
