Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson: A Day Apart

Usually when we see these two, they’re attached at the hip. But yesterday, newlyweds (and soon-to-be-parents) Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz had their own agendas.

The Fall Out Boy hunk was spotted out on Melrose Avenue yesterday afternoon interviewing random people on the street for his new MTV show.

And the emo king looked cute in a black zip-up hoodie and black trousers with a red toboggan hat as he laughed, danced, and clowned around with the passers-by.

Later on that afternoon, his wife Ashlee was out and about with a gal pal doing some shopping at the Beverly Glen Market while Pete stayed home to watch the Lakers win the Western Conference finals.

And the preggers “Pieces of Me” princess looked like she borrowed her man’s ensemble, sporting a black zip-up hoodie and a pair of black trousers.
