Patrick Swayze: Still Fighting
He’s been in a battle for his life against pancreatic cancer, and Patrick Swayze isn’t giving up yet. He was spotted recently at a gas station in Los Angeles looking like a shadow of his former self.
And according to reports, the “Dirty Dancing” actor has signed a “Do Not Resuscitate” order, requiring doctors to let him die in the event that he stops breathing or his heart stops beating.
Despite his poor health, the 56-year-old is hoping to make an appearance at the 4th Annual Los Angeles Jewish Film Festival coming up on April 23rd where his film “Jump” is scheduled to open the festivities.
Producer Lilly Berger told press, “He told me he was looking for a good dramatic role and his mannerisms seemed perfect for this character. He told me, ‘I’m not dead yet. I will be there.’”

I plan on going to the festival, and hope to see Patrick & Martine McCutcheon (Natalie from Love, Actually")and their movie, “Jump”
