Paris Hilton’s Frienaissance With Lindsay Lohan

The longtime rivalry between Mean Girls actress Lindsay Lohan and hotel heiress Paris Hilton is over. The two put aside their differences, as evidenced at a party earlier this week.

Apparently, Paris’dislike of Lohan had more to do with her friends’ issues rather than her own. A source close to the Simple Life star told press, “Paris was known as a bully ... she would form alliances. If a friend didn’t like Lohan, then she wouldn’t like Lohan.”

The source continued, “But she’s through taking sides. She realized who her real friends were when she was in jail — and there weren’t many. Plus, she’s got to be in a good mood after the Blackstone Group bought the Hilton Hotels, boosting her inheritance.”

However, in the spirit of new beginnings and cleaning out the past, Paris gave Lohan the benefit of the doubt, and even stopped by her 21st birthday party. “Paris has decided to give Lindsay a second chance,” a source told press.
