Paris Hilton Greets Her London Fans, Hits the Club

She’s been spending an awful lot of time in the UK these days while filming her new reality show. And last night Paris Hilton was looking a bit worn out.

The “Hottie and the Nottie” babe was spotted leaving Annabel’s private members club sporting a gorgeous pink babydoll dress.

And as she made her way outside, Miss Hilton got upset when a doorman grabbed her arm in an attempt to lead her to her car because she wanted to pose for pictures first.

Looking like she needed a good night’s sleep, Paris returned to the Dorchester Hotel to retire for then night, but not before posing for more pictures with a bevy of waiting fans.
