Oprah’s Caution to Rihanna

The latest celebrity to weigh in on the Rihanna/Chris Brown drama is none other than talk show queen Oprah Winfrey, who warned the “Take A Bow” songstress not to jump back into a relationship with her abuser on her show last week.

Winfrey began her discourse, saying, “Both Chris Brown and Rihanna, if I were your friend, I’d call you up and say, ‘Give it some time. Get yourself some counseling. Take care of yourself. Heal yourself first.’”

Upping the ante a bit, Oprah dished out a stern caution to Rihanna - “If a man hits you once, he will hit you again.  He will hit you again.”

Guest Gayle King concurred, “If you guys want to get back together, I’m OK with that. But at least take some time. I am so worried she is sending the wrong message to the young fans. And him, too!”
