Saturday, October 04, 2008 O.J. Simpson: Guilty On All Counts
Unable to wiggle his way out of his latest legal snafu, O.J. Simpson was found guilty on all charges in his armed robbery/kidnapping trial on Friday night (October 3). Following 13 hours of deliberation, the jury found the former Heisman Trophy winner guilty on all 12 counts stemming from a confrontation in a hotel room last year. Thirteen years to the day after being acquitted for the murders of ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend, Ronald Goldman, O.J. now faces a prison sentence of 15 years to life. Outside the court, the American football legend’s lawyer, Yale Galanter, confirmed that an appeal against the verdict would be filed. Talking to press, Galanter said, “He’s (O.J.) extremely upset, extremely emotional, but it is something that was expected. Definitely someone like OJ Simpson, everyone has a fixed opinion of him and it’s troubling. I wasn’t surprised.”

COMMENTS All OJ had to do was just disappear and not keep doing things that would make him stand out. So in my opinion he wanted to do wrong and kept it up for years! He said during the Robert Blake trial. Don’t do the crime if you can’t do the time Posted by on 10/04 at 12:47 PM
