No DUI for Heather Locklear

The last few months have been a bit lackluster for her, but Heather Locklear finally received some good news regarding her DUI case.

According to a report, the “Melrose Place” babe successfully had her driving under the influence case dismissed, having pled to a lesser charge.

Miss Locklear, instead, pled no contest to reckless driving, and she’ll be under informal probation for three years in addition to paying a $700 fine.

One more thing - Heather will be forced to attend a 12-hour drug education course as part of her punishment.  Still, that beats the heck out of a DUI conviction!
