Nicole Richie Chooses Paris Hilton Jail

It’s quickly becoming the choice of celebrities, as Nicole Richie announced that she chose to do her time at Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, California.  You may remember that Paris Hilton also served time there.

And once again, Steve Whitmore is on his way to household-name-status, as he’s handling the press for Richie’s incarceration.  He told press, “(Richie’s) attorney contacted us and indicated she wants to do her time there.”

No surrender date has been set, yet, for the Simple Life star’s four-day sentence.  But her “accommodations” due to her pregnancy are being discussed. “That’s all determined by our medical staff upon her arrival,” said Whitmore.

If she doesn’t get medical facility placement, there’s a good chance that Nicole will be housed in a segregated unit, much the same as pal Paris Hilton was.  In light of the recent Paris cancellation of the Simple Life, maybe the franchise can open a museum in the CRDF chronicling its two stars’ prison stints.
