Nicole Kidman: “Danish Girl” in NYC
Stepping out on a cold November afternoon in the Big Apple, Nicole Kidman was spotted making her way around Manhattan on Sunday (November 9).
Getting back into work mode following the birth of daughter Sunday Rose, the Australian actress has just recently announced that she’ll be starring in and producing a brand new project titled “The Danish Girl”.
According to industry reports, “The Danish Girl” is based on the true story of Danish artists Einar and Greta Wegener, who “come to national attention when the husband Elnar (Kidman) gets the world’s first sex change operation, in 1931.”
Co-starring “Monster” actress Charlize Theron, the movie will be based on David Ebershoff’s best-selling novel, which was a fictionalized account of the true story.
