Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo Neighbor Lindsay Lohan

It seems like everywhere we look, celebrities are buying up luxury houses, condos, and apartments. And for the new Atelier Condminium Buliding in New York City, there are some pretty famous names on the mailboxes.

Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo are two of the proud new owners of a luxury condo in the Atelier building. They spent a reported $1 million on their piece of real estate.

The condo is said to have two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It clocks in at around 1000 square feet, and has a full-size basketball court and swimming pool on the premises.

For Nick, the basketball court was a huge selling point. “Where in Manhattan can you find this?” he asked press, referring to the full-court facilities.

One thing they probably aren’t looking forward to is their soon-to-be neighbor, Lindsay Lohan. LiLo also has a place at Atelier, and with the swarm of paparazzi attached at her hip, Nick and Nessa just better remember… keep the blinds down!
