Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo: Headed for Split?
They’ve been flying under the radar as of late, and now it sounds like there are rumors of a split in the works for Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo.
The “What’s Left of Me” singer and his veejay girlfriend are reportedly having a rough go at romance - so much so, that it looks like they’ll be breaking up soon.
An inside source told the NY Daily News that they’re “on the rocks big time. They argue all the time, and Nick is done with her. He feels like she’s holding him back, career-wise.”
And that seems to be the case- Nick’s new single “Patience” hasn’t done well at all, failing to crack the Billboard Hot 100, though he’s hit #39 on the Adult Top 40 list after five weeks of airplay.
All of this to say it won’t be surprising if we hear an official breakup announcement soon. A Lachey pal revealed, “The relationship has been over for a while, but he’s too nice a guy to end things completely.”
