Nick Cannon Comes to Mariah Carey’s Defense
He’s been known to poke fun of a celebrity or two in his days and this time rapper, Eminem, may have gone too far.
Nick Cannon has angrily taken to his blog to fire back at Eminem over a derogatory new track on his new album, “Relapse.” In the track, entitled “Bagpipes From Baghdad,” Eminem dishes about his alleged romance with Cannon’s wife, Mariah Carey – a romance that she denies ever happened.
After hearing the lyrics about Mariah in the song, Cannon took to his blog to get back at Mr. Mathers. One of the postings read, “So, Miss Marshall, I’m going to make you wish you never spoke my name and regret the ungodly things you said about my wife.”
Cannon continues, “Your legacy has now been tainted from this day forth! You will now be known as the rapper who lost to corny-ass Nick Cannon!”
After the blog was overloaded by more than 2,500 comments – some supporting Cannon and others supporting Eminem – the blog entry was taken down.
