Natalie Portman’s amfAR Evening

Wearing a gorgeous Givenchy gown, Natalie Portman was a red carpet stunner at amfAR’s Cinema Against AIDS 2008 benefit on Thursday (May 22).

Held at Le Moulin de Mougins during the 2008 Cannes Film Festival, Natalie watched Madonna talk about her new documentary, I Am Because We Are, which “concerns children orphaned by AIDS in Malawi.”

The V for Vendetta actress then intently watched a few movie clips shown by the Material Girl before happily making her way to the event’s lavish afterparty.

Accompanying Portman at the event were high rankers including Christian Slater, Joely Richardson, Alan Cumming, amFAR’s CEO Kevin Robert Frost and Kenneth Cole.
