Stepping out for a promotional appearance, Monica Cruz was spotted at a photo call for Special K Breakfast for Winter today (December 15).

The designer dame looked lovely as she posed for the paparazzi at the Cool Room in Madrid, Spain, sporting a sexy red dress with black heels.

Meanwhile Monica’s sister Penelope is across the world in New York City gearing up for the premiere of her new film “Nine.”

And in a recent interview, the “Vanilla Sky” actress explained that she doesn’t let her Oscar win for “Vicky Cristina Barcelona” go to her head. “It’s important not to be too confident as an actor. I don’t want to get to the set and feel like I know what I’m doing and be very secure. That would really scare me.”

“But the Oscar was a beautiful thing. After I won, I realized how exhausted I was from everything building up to that moment. I was a zombie for the whole rest of the night. I still can’t remember anything from the moment I was onstage giving my speech.”

“I am still excited when I look at my Oscar. It’s traveled a lot with me around the world. I even took him to the beach one day. I gave Oscar his own towel. My family was starting to get a little worried.”
