Mischa Barton Gets Probation, Visits Drugstore

Sporting relaxed sweats, sneakers and printed t-shirt, Mischa Barton was out at a pharmacy in Beverly Hills on Thursday, showing off her darker ‘do while strolling out with two bags of supplies.

Meanwhile, lawyers for the former star of The OC were busy entering a no contest plea on her behalf in a Beverly Hills courtroom - with Mischa ending up with 3 years of unsupervised probation.

According to press reports, “(Barton) pleaded no contest to drunken driving in a plea deal reached with prosecutors and which will spare her jail time.”

After making his way outside, Mischa’s attorney Anthony V. Salerno said: “The DAs were very fair in handling this case. Mischa’s glad the case has been resolved.”

In addition to probation, the 22-year-old was ordered to “complete a three-month alcohol-education class and pay a fine of approximately $2,000.”
