Miranda Kerr Kicks Off David Jones Sale
Having just recently flown into her homeland of Australia, Miranda Kerr got straight to work as she opened the David Jones Half Yearly Clearance Sale at the David Jones Department Store on Market Street in Sydney on Wednesday (June 3).
The 26-year-old Aussie supermodel continues to bring in the bucks with public appearances and modeling gigs, as she was recently named the 8th highest earner in Forbes magazine’s list of the world’s top money-making models.
Talking about the day’s event, David Jones Victoria regional manager Jason McVicar told rpess, “Traditionally the half-yearly clearance in winter doesn’t have the same crowds as the Boxing Day sales. It’s darker and colder.”
“I think every person’s situation is different but certainly people are definitely after value for money in these economic times,” he added.
