Miley Cyrus Pops Up at B2V

Keeping things casual in her sweats, Miley Cyrus was spotted out at the B2V hair salon in Beverly Hills on Wednesday afternoon (March 18).

The "Hannah Montana" starlet made the trip alongside her Grandma, joking around with photographers upon exiting the car.

And it comes as little surprise to find paparazzi on the scene, as recent reports tell that Miley and many of her fellow celebrities tip off the paparazzi as to where they’ll be in order to insure that they’ll get plenty of coverage.

An insider revealed that celebrity assistants often times call the paparazzi and give them a schedule of the stars’ daily activities, i.e. where they will be having lunch, shopping, who they’ll be with, etc.
