Miley Cyrus Heads Back Out with Mom
Miley Cyrus, along with her mother Leticia, were spotted out at the Toluca Lake Coffee Bean today… and surprisingly enough, the teen queen didn’t flash the peace sign at photogs!
Nontheless, the Hannah Montana starlet was all smiles, as usual, opting to concentrate on her iced coffee instead of making her routine hand gestures.
In related news, Miley, whose given name is Destiny Hope Cyrus, has filed papers in Los Angeles Superior Court to change her full legal name to Miley Ray Cyrus.
According to recent press reports, “The 15-year-old singer and TV star daughter of country singer Billy Ray Cyrus filed the papers last Friday with wife Leticia. Her father writes in the filing that the request was ‘to make her commonly used name the same as her legal name.’”

I kinda like the bangs. But somehow, the bangs along with that hair color remind me of Ashlee Simpson’s current look. Hmmmm.. I have to look for an Ashlee picture to compare this one to. Wait a minute, is she wearing a Harajuku Girls top? It’s so cute, I wonder where she bought it. I can’t wait for the Kids’ Choice Awards, what will she wear? It’s a kids show, so maybe something casual, not as fancy as the oscars. She’s up for FAVORITE TV ACTRESS and FAVORITE TV SHOW. I just voted over at http://www.nick.com/shows/specials/kca you guys should do the same. They have really cool stuff, a FREE widget and a really cool video mixer (featuring Jack Black, he’s gonna be hosting again this year). Now I really can’t wait.
