Miley Cyrus: Chatterbox
She may be mature beyond her years but there are still a few telltale signs that Miley Cyrus is smack dab in the middle of her teenage years.
The “Hannah Montana” cutie was spotted out in the San Fernando Valley grabbing a late lunch with her mother, Tish.
And like a true teen, Miss Cyrus had a mobile phone practically glued to her ear the entire walk across the parking lot, leaving her mom to stare in awe.
Miley looked springtime-ready in a white screen-printed t-shirt, juicy couture sweats and a pair of classic Converse Chuck Taylor All-Stars.
