Miley and Mandy’s Girls Night Out

Miley Cyrus and her closest gal pal Mandy Jiroux have been making waves with their popular homemade YouTube videos. But last night, the girls took a break from filming for dinner and a little shopping.

The Hannah Montana star and her backup dancer friend started the evening off with some Asian cuisine at PF Changs.

After getting in their fill at PF Changs, the two young ladies giggled their way over to a nearby Urban Outfitters - leaving with a handful of bags.

For the outing, the Disney tween queen forgot to bring a warm coat for what was a chilly night in Burbank. Luckily, a pack of adoring fans surrounded her - warming things up for Smiley Miley.
