Wednesday, October 21, 2009 Michael Jackson’s Will: A Forgery?
It has been non-stop drama ever since he passed away back in June, and the latest Michael Jackson news is that his will may not have been signed by him. According to Randy Jackson, the late King of Pop was 2,475 miles away from the location of the will signing on July 7th, 2002, as he was in New York City campaigning against Sony Music bigwig Tommy Mottola. However, attorney Howard Weitzman upholds the story that Jacko and the witnesses to the will were face-to-face when he signed the document. Furthermore, Al Sharpton’s rep confirms that his client and Jackson were protesting Mottola on July 6th and July 9th. As for the date in question, he said, “We have reason to believe that Michael may have been in NY on the 7th and Rev. Sharpton will address this after he discusses it with the Jackson family.”
