Michael Jackson’s Mom: $1 Million Per Year

While the cost of child rearing is no doubt on the rise, the late Michael Jackson’s mom is getting a tidy sum to help raise her grandchildren- $1 million a year!

Katherine Jackson is said to be receiving $26,804 per month for herself and an additional $60,000 to raise her three grandkids Prince Michael I, Paris, and Blanket.

This new information that has been kept a secret since the judge’s ruling in August sheds new light on Katherine’s lawyer L. Londell McMillan’s sentiments, “There is no situation better for these children than for them to be raised and reared in the loving care of Mrs. Katherine Jackson.”

No wonder Ms. Jackson tried to keep the details of the arrangement under wraps for as long as possible, given the fact that she’s getting quite a payout.
