Michael Jackson About to Lose Neverland Ranch
It’s an iconic place named after the fantastic world of Peter Pan. But unless Michael Jackson comes up with some serious cash soon, he’ll lose Neverland Ranch.
The “Thriller” singer has been foreclosed on by Financial Title Company, who filed a notice of a trustee’s sale yesterday.
According to the paperwork, the “Beat It” singer will have to pay more than $24 million if he hopes to remain the owner of Neverland. And he must do it by March 19th to avoid a public auction.
In the event that Neverland is auctioned, it is important to note that the new owner will take possession of everything on the property, to include rides, furniture, appliances, etc. Jackson hasn’t lived there since 2005, so it will be interesting to see how this plays out.

I don’t think the money is an issue, he can pay the bank’s fee, but maybe he doesn’t want to be associated with the ranch anymore..

ive known him for some time my mom whent to church with him back in the 80s would anybody whant to go back to a place that once gave joy and happyness for someone that had to go threw in his life mybe he feels that maybe if someone eles pays the price it will bring them peace and happyness that he once felt their as well he is moving one and trying to rid the humiliation and deception that the comunity has endurd on him i dont blame him for not whanting to be their regadles of how much money he has . i love him dearly he has my best wishes .pam.
