Mel Gibson’s New Lady Won’t Sign Prenup

Mel Gibson is not getting it easy with pregnant fiancée Oksana Grigorieva - she is refusing to sign the prenuptial agreement.

The actor is trying to protect what will be left of his billion dollar stature after his divorce from wife Robyn, but Grigorieva is not okay with the idea.

Grigorieva will be delivering the couple’s baby in early December.

“Oksana gave Mel a kick in the head when she flat-out refused to sign the prenuptial agreement,” a source told.

Adding, the source says, “Mel’s offer was generous — $5 million a year for up to 10 years. But Oksana wants all or nothing. The same thing happened when she was engaged to Timothy Dalton — and she walked away.”

And it sounds like she may be strong willed with not signing the prenuptial. “She had Timothy’s baby, but refused to marry him because he insisted on a prenup to protect his fortune. Oksana was offended by it — and now she’s telling Mel the same thing.”

Meanwhile, how does Mel feel about this? Let’s hope history won’t be repeating. The source says, “Mel is seriously conflicted by Oksana’s reaction. He’s such a God-fearing Catholic, he’s adamant that getting married to her is the right thing to do. But she’s stubborn. She’ll give him up before she’ll sign. She’s done it before.”
